All products must be sealed and in new condition. What to do if you wish to return a product. Email RJ’s Nutrition Store at customerservice@rjsnutritionstore.com and request a Return Authorization Number and state what you wish to return. Upon receiving the RA, you may proceed with returning the product at your expense. Please note that only one opened package is eligible for a return; all others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for a fefund. Included with the item(s) you would be returning, please enclose your invoice that you received with your order and a short explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Please return all items to: RJ’s Nutrition Store Inc., 316 Fourth Street, Piqua, Ohio  45356-3922. Once your return has been received, we will contact you by email to let you know that we have received your package and refunded to your credit card. Please allow 2 to 4 days for any refunds to post to your account.
    • Cancellation fees. After an order is placed, if it is cancelled for any reason before it is shipped, there will be a 15% cancellation fee.
